Crew Leader

We have foundations to fix, concrete to repair, and we need your help! We are looking for a Crew Leader to join our growing team. This position is one of the supportive forces driving our company and we’re currently seeking someone stellar to fill this role. This is a hands-on position working alongside and supervising a crew with foundation and concrete repair projects. 

You should be a hands-on leader who can help a good crew to be great. You will be managing the job process, maintaining crew cohesion, ensuring quality work and keeping customers happy during each project.

You must be able to work in a crawl space when necessary and be able to lift 50+ pounds, bend and stoop, and work outside in all weather conditions. You must also be 21+ years old and drug free with a valid US Driver’s License. If these do not apply to you, this position isn’t for you.

Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing our customers with a remarkable experience by maintaining on-site relations and communications with our customers
  • Working alongside and supervising a crew with foundation and concrete repair projects
  • Determining and addressing any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of the crew
  • Establishing an efficient, effective & safe timeline for completion of projects
  • Planning, coordinating, and collecting equipment and job materials
  • Completing projects to a high level of excellence
  • Maintaining equipment in good working order
  • Showing up every day on time, ready and passionate about working together and serving our employees and customers
  • Safely driving company-owned vehicles and trucks (with or without trailers) and transporting crew members
  • Attending and participating in crew and department meetings & trainings
  • Maintaining a positive mindset & eagerness to learn

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a construction crew leader
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools and mini-excavators
  • Ability to operate tools & equipment in a professional and safe manner
  • Ability to manage a crew and complete projects in a timely manner
  • 21+ years old and drug-free
  • Ability to engage in physical labor in all types of weather
  • Being bilingual is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license and clean MVR
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
